Large telephony project calls for the expertise of the Mohr Group.

Staff Augmentation for Large telephony migration commences.

The Mohr Group answered the call when a large Central Florida healthcare client needed an updated, modern telephony system with advanced features. They will handle the migration of 2,600 phones and provide Day 1 end user support.

Acting as an extension of the client’s IT staff, The Mohr Group is filling the need for discovery, decommissioning the outdated phones, installing the new system, and migration.

One of the many services offered by the Mohr Group is Staff Augmentation. This client will need 3 months telephony staff augmentation during the course of the project. The new system will allow the client to handle a greater number of calls with ease and improve patient care.
