Five years ago, Steve Mohr formed The Mohr Group. His vision was to provide best in class technology integration services so his clients could focus on their core business. Fast forward to a team working beside Steve, making his vision a reality. “One of the most important aspects of any business is its staff, or as I like to say, Team. It’s important to me that my Team feels supported, acknowledged, and valued. When you have a cohesive team/work environment it spills over into how services are performed and clients are treated. When we are working on a project, our clients become part of our Team”, says Steve Mohr.
Over the years the team at The Mohr Group has not only operated as a successful and cohesive organization but also like a family, traveling together to various site locations around the country.
“When you spend that much time together there is a special comradery that occurs. I am grateful to see the bonds that have formed and the relationships that have been developed.”, says Steve Mohr.
The team also spends time together during the holidays to give back through volunteering and donations to help support local communities, making a difference in the lives of those who are in need.
